Tracy & Katherine use classical feng shui principles and a myriad of modalities, based on your specific circumstances and needs, to help you achieve your goals.
They will provide you with a set of recommendations for adjusting your living or working environment in a way that makes it the most supportive for human life. Using a broad spectrum of modalities, we are able to raise the vibration of a particular space, clear it of negative energy and fill it with an atmosphere that feels so good that once a buyer walks into your home or business that's on the market, they won't want to ever leave!
We also use a kind of "earth acupuncture" for space, activating certain areas to attract a desired result. Just like our bodies have meridians through which our life force flows, so does the environment all around us. We are able to map out this flow of energy in a space based on the compass directions, which way the site is sitting and facing, and the center of the space.
In your consultation, we will:
• Help you identify areas of your life which may be impeding the sale
• Complete a thorough assessment of your home or work place
• Offer you a series of recommendations for you to put into action right away
PROCESS
The consultations we offer are a two part program.
Before your consultation, we will examine the land formations that your home or business resides upon, to see how the earth energies may be affecting the site. We will also look at your astrology and your energetic relation to the site.
At your first session, we will interview you, walk through and around the site, take notes and photos, and possibly conduct an activation of energy on the site using feng shui modalities.
After we have finished our analysis, we will then take a couple hours to ourselves at the site to develop a recommendation report for you on the spot. After presenting you with the recommendation report, we ask that you implement a fair amount of the recommendations that we have agreed upon with you together, within seven days of the consultation.
After you have implemented a fair amount of the recommendations we have given you, we will return again to meet with you at the site to view the implementation of the recommendations. We may or may not make further suggestions at this time, either verbally or in writing.
We will follow up with you by phone every week for 60 days after our second meeting, or until the sale closes, whichever comes first.
The day after our second meeting will begin Day One of the 60 Day Time Frame we guarantee your home or business will sell in, or you owe us nothing!
If you receive an accepted offer within 15 days, you pay us 1% of the entire sale.
If you receive an accepted offer between the 16th and 30th day, you pay us 0.75% of the entire sale.
If you receive an accepted offer between the 31st and 45th day, you pay us 0.5% of the entire sale.
If you receive an accepted offer between the 46th and 60th day, you pay us 0.25% of the entire sale.
Payment is due within 15 days of the closing of the sale.

Once you have chosen a location, we perform a space-clearing to clear out old stagnant energies and predecessor chi, which creates a clean palate for you to create the life and/or business you so desire!
