Home Clear Real Estate Consulting was founded in 2009 by Tracy Johnson and Katherine Howard.  Tracy and Katherine are both certified Classical Feng Shui Consultants, and graduates of Golden Gate School of Feng Shui located in the San Francisco Bay Area.  The school where they received their training is internationally recognized, a member of the International Feng Shui Guild, and accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  The program Tracy & Katherine graduated from is an intensive 260 hour, year-long Professional Certification Program with an emphasis on Eco-Regenerative Design. 

The teachers Tracy & Katherine studied with are all leaders in their fields:

Katherine Howard grew up in a small town in southwestern Ohio, studied music, especially voice and flute, and left to travel the country at age 19.  Thereafter, she began writing songs, working with musicians, as well as an arts and music production company, performing and promoting music.  In 2004, she began a devoted study and practice of Surat Shabd Yoga Mediation.  In 2006, she released her first book called "Wisdom from King Solomon".  In 2007, she connected with Golden Gate School of Feng Shui and began working at the school as the Program Coordinator.  She graduated from the 260 hour, year long intensive Professional Certification Program in 2009 as a certified classical feng shui practitioner, with an emphasis on eco-sustainable design.  

From the time that Katherine began awakening to the situation the world was in during the mid 90s, her heart was searching for what she could do to help bring healing to the planet and it's inhabitants, as well as herself.  She set off to travel throughout the country amidst natural cultures and people with similar visions, gaining vast experience and content for her many songs she has written.  One thing Katherine noticed wherever she went was that one root cause of suffering was people's separateness from each other, the natural world, and therefore their very selves.  She had felt that separateness within herself along with a strong desire to go back to her roots and live naturally once again.  She noticed that there is much disharmony and discord in the world between people, and this lowers the vibration, and creates bad feelings which can lead to dis-ease.  So much of this society has been built with no regard for the natural world, or our own natures.  The environments that people find themselves in are not making them feel good, and so they are not able to live up to their full potential.  When Katherine connected with Golden Gate School of Feng Shui in 2007, it was a perfect match.  She began studying, and realized that she now had the opportunity to have access to a very powerful tool for raising the vibration of any environment, affecting the people who inhabit it, making them feel good and in turn increasing the harmony and prosperity in their lives.  Every person she would be able to affect would go out and shine that radiance amongst others. 

Katherine currently lives in west Marin County, California, with her eleven  year old daughter, Iris Anbesa.  In addition to Home Clear Real Estate Consulting, she has her own private feng shui consulting practice, Soul Whisper Consulting.  She is also a Flora Balance Consultant with Flourish Foods & Consulting, performs all original music as Soul Whisper, has authored a book titled "Wisdom from King Solomon", and creates Customized Non-Traditional Marriage Ceremonies with Sacred Union Ceremonies.

Tracy Johnson grew up in Long Beach, California.  She began Golden Gate School of Feng Shui's 260 hour, year long intensive Professional Certification Program in 2007, graduated in July of 2008, and repeated the program again in 2008 - 2009 by participating in the Graduate Immersion Program.
